Collaboration over Competition is dedicated to assisting women with reaching their personal, professional, and business goals. Founded in 2019, we provide coaching, host networking events and support women as they look to manifest their dreams.
We are available to speak at events, conduct corporate workshops and provide one to one coaching. Krishna Garlic and Cheryl Abdur-Rahman are the Chief Collaborators and have a wide array of experiences.

MISSION STATEMENT
Collaboration Over Competition is a women’s empowerment movement where our mission is to connect, build, and strengthen relations between diverse women to help them manifest their personal, professional, and business goals. It is our desire to be physically and emotionally healthy and we encourage other women to do the same. We not only help women to manifest their dreams through actions, but we provide a sisterhood that supports their journey to success. Men are welcome, but we are a women's organization where our mission will always remain to uplift women.
